Our November 2020 webinar featured a panel discussion with charity facilities managers. We reviewed a wide range of issues related to the impact of the coronavirus pandemic.
The CFM Group will hold an online meeting on November 11 2020 to discuss managing pandemic response in charity workplaces. We will hear from charity FMs about how they have sought to manage safety and risk, and how they have prepared their offices and premises for a return to work.
We will have an opening presentation, followed by an informal discussion designed to let FMs share their experiences and key challenges.

Tearfund works in more than 50 countries. Andrew Gill will outline the approach the charity is taking to ensure that Tearfund's offices in Teddington comply with government guidance and that the organisation looks after staff who are working from home.
Tearfund has set up a 'Reentry Taskforce' to prepare for the exit from homeworking and virtual working. It does so by considering scenarios, proposing recommendations and communicating with and to staff. Tearfund have also made a reentry video for staff, showing how the use of Tearfund's HQ building has been changed to be COVID-19 Secure.
